How Did I Overcome Shyness?
It took me a lot of trial and error to figure out what actually worked. The problem was, everything I read on the internet and in books about how to overcome shyness was complete garbage!
It was either written by people who had not done it themselves or by psychologists who talked about abstract theory that didn’t help at all!
I had to go through a lot of discomfort, embarrassment, and humiliation because of all the misleading information out there. But I eventually did figure out what was needed to get rid of my shyness. And I’m convinced you can do it too if you follow the steps.
